Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unaltered, with evidence of any misrepresentation.
To start a return, contact us at resold.uk on instagram with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours.
Buyer Protection
- Every item is sourced and verified by Resold.UK before listing.
- Condition ratings (e.g. 9/10) reflect our honest assessment — photos show the actual item.
- If an item arrives significantly not as described, we'll offer a full refund including return postage.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges, as items are one-of-a-kind. We recommend checking measurements carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
